Sympathetic overload

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to keep this short but share some information that is coming out about the down regulation of the sympathetic nervous system, which can be a big obstacle in therapy and I assume with TMR also.

Some of you may know Ernie and Scott if you have taken John Iams classes. I have become friends with them through PRRT. They are former instructors and have been working for a couple of years with the help of Dr. Robert Scaer, who is a PTSD expert. and author of books on the subject. One of the steps in their new protocol is to quickly take the person out of sympathetic overload before therapy begins and then to teach the person to retrain the sympathetic branch to quit being dominate.

They are recently releasing this information and I have been fortunate enough to use my patients as ginuie pigs during the development of their program. You can turn off trigger points or nsr's, whatever you want to call them quickly and easily using a 30 second body positioning pose that sends input back to the brain to reboot. Relaxing the SNS

I am not a expert on TMR yet, just a year long newbie, but I can imagine this would have a positive outcome with patients if used before, during or after TMR protocols.

The link I am supplying will take you to a page to order their ebook. Scott's home page has a chronic pain video that is great. You will like the info on his website with what you are already doing.

I will be up front. If you decide to order the ebook from my link, I receive a small commission. If not, Scott gets it all. But everyone wins. I donate all proceeds to a local shelter for animals from my link purchases.

Because Tom is so generous with his time and help, I wanted to give back something that may help our process go easier.

You will have to type the link in. I do not know how to highlight it.

BE well
