Hi everyone,
I know those of you that do TMR see results every day. But those of us who are fairly new at this need to let off some steam. I have been studying TMR through the Home study course for the past few months. In my practice as a massage therapist I incorporate Strain/Counter strain, Primal Reflex Release, cranial sacral, muscle release therapy(similar to ART). While they all are great therapies, I have never seen anything get patients out of pain as quickly as TMR. One lady has canceled back surgery after only a couple of sessions. The increase range of motion I am seeing is unbelievable. One person had only 100 degrees of shoulder flexion. After two 2o second arm raises it improved to over 190 degrees. This was restricted for years and fixed in 40 seconds. I have run into more difficult patients, but successes way out pace the tougher ones. While TMR is considered a new therapy, as more people learn it TMR will one day be considered main stream therapy. Thanks Tom.
