Just did an inservice for my colleagues. The physiatrist next door is now ready to call a patient with a shoulder restriction, that he is hasn't been able to fix, he is now ready to try TMR on the patient. Not bad considering my inservice primarily consisted of the "bar tricks" portion of the live seminar. Will give an update with the results, once the patient comes in.

Update. Physiatrist had patient perform twist and arm raise. He told the patient's shoulder flexion increased from 85 - 125 degrees. Which both the doctor and patient were impressed with.
