Early Discharge

Been discharging chronic LBP within 8 visits more or less using just the 5 exercises, some chunking and melting plus some basic modalities. It is great but so sad to see them go so soon. Some new pain issues may come up during therapy sessions and in one exercise it is gone! One teen had a chronic pain for 3-4 years and it is gone in 8 or 9 visits.

Very cool! Its kinda what I've been saying all along! I don't remember the "melting" stuff. I must have been napping!

That Rocks! Great Job.

Bill - the melting stuff is the way I now introduce "undwinding." It is more relevant to the way TMR is done. We allow the person to melt and go where there body wants to go when doing the exercises - kind of like flowing. It doesn't take long, but it seems to relax the heck out of the body.
