Hi Tom, been working on this lady with simple tennis elbow (but chronic for a year)...for some reason the basic 5 or fab 5 could not get her pain to zero when she does her ADLs but the resting pain has gone down to none. When she irons, drives or fixes clothes, scrubs floors the pain comes back despite being relieved by doing TMR fab 5 after. She had big problems doing the sit to stand and the BTKR. I kept questioning her if she had previous head injury, or trauma or something coz she was just really wobbly almost afraid of doing the sit to stand. She kept saying no other history of injury. Finally today she recalled an incident of a fall 2 years ago actually 2 falls back to back within a week and she landed on her elbow and onto her left side. AHA! I think if I focus on that history we can get her to zero with ADL's.

am working on the melting techniques, I have not gone so far with much adults on the melting/falling techniques but I tried it yesterday with her, will see the next few visits she has left, she has a fear of falling, her legs are good in strength and she did not realize that was keeping her from doing sit to stand
