Unfortunately I went back and could not find the amounts for b-12. For those that have taken Primal Reflex Relief, John Iams talked about his patients that responded well to that. He did mention that injections did not work as well as sub-lingual. I went back through the yahoo group and could not locate a post about that. I will check my course manual and if the amount is listed I will let the group know. Also Dora Partridge who teaches seminars on frozen shoulder says that she finds that low estrogen levels can play a role in this also. Jim
