Hi All, I am a therapist and have been studying the fab five for a while and have been working with a TMR1 P.T for left SI and glute pain. Pain is on the left with right lateral trunk flexion and wraps around to the front. TMR does get the pain down to o/10 however it comes quickly back within 20 minutes. I have done combos, chunking and even tried left lateral flexion and that worked, but temporarily. Chiro says it is a SI out of alignment. I know there are more TMR2 tricks to try, but does anyone have any ideas for TMR1 that might help. Is TMR resistant to skeletal sublaxations if they are really locked up?. Thanks for any help. jim

Jim - fax me the FAB 5 forms you have done on this guy at 919 789-0373. Give me your email on the cover sheet. I will take a look and get back to you.

Hi Tom, That's a very generous offer. I am the patient working with TMR on my own and with a TMR1 physical therapist. I do have three forms I have filled out on my own. I will try to get them to you. I am trying to get to one of your seminars this summer if things work out. Thanks Jim

i also had 7yrs left si pain, butt, groin, leg and the ache would just meander around wherever it pleased it seemed...left arm raise made huuuge improvement but pain would return despite balancing out the other 4 motions 3ish x day....soooo, as soon as it did, i did as many left arm raises as i needed to alleviate the pain (which did not always fully balance my right-but i was goin for at least issue relief when i didnt have time to fully balance my sides or even do all the other motions)....for about 3 weeks i may have done my left arm raise 8-9xday...after about 3 months-i really didnt have any pain even if i had a bit of a difference in my arm raise....its been about 3 years now (i think) and i try to keep an eye on my arm raise to check in but never have pain in my left hip/butt/leg and only rarely can tell its just not 'in' ...aside from my own, i see skeletal subluxations (even if really restricted for long pds of time) improve greatly-it may need to be fixed more frequently at first (bad body habits and perhaps life positioning/moving habits) but it can fix...hope that helps and wasnt too long winded
