Right CMC--Unable to abd, add, ext, flex without significant pain 10/10. Problem over a year old and seen by Drs and therapists. Session 1
SLR x4 ipsilateral side and rotation ipsilateral x3. Pain now 1/10 and 70% increase in functionalability. Session 2
Pain at 4/10, poor HEP compliance. SLR x5 rotation x4. Pain 0/10. Full function without pain.
What just happened here?!
