I had a patient come in who could not raise her arm without a series of compensations. I tried the seated rib/trunk lateral shift technique that Tom used on his brother in law and got only fair results. This patient is very active and fit, so I thought it was silly to try the seated knee raise wide (hip flexion with ER). She called it yee haw and she felt silly doing it. But of course I am posting to tell you all that she had full painfree AROM all directions afterwards! Gotta love this stuff. It is such a kick to see it go so quick. Thanks Tom and TMR!
