A friend of mine is a former NHL player and is scheduled to play in an alumni game this Saturday in Quebec. He pulled his right groin while skating last weekend and asked me what to do. He was going to his massage therapist on Monday and said he could meet with me on Tuesday (I told him I had some new stuff to try with him). His massage therapist called me before working with the guy and asked if I had any specific ideas. I told him to gently stretch the bad side and ask how "bad" it felt. Then, stretch the good side for 2-3 sets of 20 to 30 seconds and retest the "bad" side. Of course, the "bad" side was 75% better, the massage therapist was somewhat surprised and wanted to know more . . . I then saw the player the next morning and put him through the Fab 5 which further decreased his groin pain. He is now confidently excited to play with some of the NHL greats!!

I love posting the positive stuff, but please read my previous post "PFPS" and offer any feedback.

Thanks!

Any chance you can get a testimonial from this NHL player we can use on the website? Always important to have names to success stories
